Ransomed wins Award

On March 8, 2008 Ransomed received the Trio of the Year Award from the South Texas Gospel Music Association. We were shocked, pleased, and happy. Thanks to all who voted for us.

Tresa Makes New Friends

In August and Sept of 2007 Tresa got to meet her favorite singers, The Booth Brothers. They were great with her and spent time listening to her tell about herself. We wanted to share this picture with all of you.

 

Upcoming Opportunities

In July of 2008, the Ransomed Family has the opportunity to go on a unique mission trip.

The Cheyenne Frontier Days and Rodeo is held every July in Wyoming. People from around the world attend and there are several churches in that area calling for people to come and witness to the many lost people from around the world.

Ransomed has the opportunity to participate in this special opportunity. We would have the opportunity to minister in song as well as talk with people one on one and participate in prayer sessions and many other types of activities designed to get the Gospel message to the visitors.

We are not asking for financial support at this time, just prayer from you concerning whether this is an opportunity the Lord wants us to take. Ransomed has had the opportunity to go on mission trips in the past, but they would have required much time apart from our families. Since we are a family ministry, we are always looking for opportunities to minister as a family. We are seeking the Lord's will on this, and ask that you help us in that at this time.
